Premieres.

The jury of the competition awarded Ferretti Yachts 670, Riva 66’ Ribelle, Riva 110’ DolceVita, Custom Line 120’, Custom Line Navetta 42 and Pershing 9X.

Cannes, September 16th 2018 – Awards record for Ferretti Group in occasion of the World Yachts Trophies 2018, the expected appointment closing the Cannes Yachting Festival that, even this year, rewarded with 6 prizes the unique Made in Italy style and the many design and technology innovations offered on board.

It is a triumphant moment for the Group that, after the success that the Festival's audience paid to its fleet of wonders (25 models from 8 to 42 metres) representing the Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Riva and Custom Line brands, also receives the applause of the experts with some of the most coveted awards in the sector, in recognition of an aesthetics and innovation record that has now been proven.

FERRETTI GROUP LIGHTS UP THE CANNES YACHTING FESTIVAL WITH 5 NEW STARS

The Group arrives in the Côte d'Azur with a fleet of 25 yachts and 5 world premières. The brilliant economic and financial results confirm the growth trend, with revenues of 420 M€ in the first 8 months of 2018 (+ 22%). Investments in product development and industrial capacity over the past three years amount to 133 M€.

Ferretti Group wins the stage of the 41st edition of the Cannes Yachting Festival, scheduled from September 11th to 16th, with 5 absolute novelties for the Ferretti Yachts, Custom Line and Riva brands.

The 5 world premières, welcomed successfully by public and professionals, inaugurate the new nautical season of the Group in great style.

Together with a majestic fleet of 25 yachts between 8 and 42 meters, the debut was made by:

- Riva 110’ Dolcevita
- Riva 66’ Ribelle

The Cannes Yachting Festival, the largest international event in the sector, opened as usual with the Group's annual press conference. Mr Alberto Galassi, CEO of Ferretti Group, together with the Chief Commercial Officer, Stefano de Vivo, presented the main financial results achieved during the first 8 months of 2018, confirming the positive trend that strengthens the Group’s international leadership.

As at August 31st, 2018, Ferretti Group recorded a consolidated order book for serial brands equal to 218 million Euros, in line with the budget estimates for the current financial year.

The Group expects to close the year with a total purchase order for serial brands of 450 million Euros, confirming and consolidating the extraordinary result already achieved in 2017.

The Group continued its strong commercial penetration on a global scale. From a geographic point of view, in percentage terms on consolidated order book, as at August 31st, 2018, Europe - Middle East - Africa contributed for 49% of new orders, Americas for 36% and Asia Pacific for 15%.

After the first 8 months of 2018, the Group achieved consolidated revenues of 420 million Euros, +22% compared to the same period of 2017 (344 M€). The estimates for 2018 are confirmed, which foresee a production value of 704 million euros.

The Group continues the investment plan as the core asset of its strategic line. In the 2016-2018 three-year period, around 133,5 million euros were invested in product development and industrial capacity, which allowed a rapid pace in the renewal of the range. From 2015 to 2018, 30 new models were produced, including the magnificent Cannes world premières, ready to sail the waters of the world during the next 2018/19 nautical season: Riva 110' Dolcevita, Riva 66' Ribelle, Ferretti Yachts 670, Custom Line Navetta 42 and Custom Line120'.

“Cannes is like a grand gala, one comes to shine and leave a mark. This year we participate with the fleet of wonders: 25 magnificent yachts, with 5 world premières representing 3 of our brands" - said Alberto Galassi. “As always, the show is also an opportunity to make an initial assessment of the brilliant results achieved this year. The figures for the first eight months of 2018, characterized in particular by a production value higher than last year of 22%, confirm that we are on the right course. No miracle, everyone has been working hard, and the awareness of our strength, keeping year after year the commitment to invest in product development, production capacity and technological innovation. As evidence of the effectiveness of a growth strategy based on the constant renewal of our product range, almost 70% of revenues is the result of the success of the serial models presented in the last four years. We continue to believe in beauty, improvement of performance and attention to detail, because this is what our customers appreciate: an inimitable mix of Made in Italy quality and elegance that places us at the top of the nautical scene”.


The Ferretti Group stand is set up in the Espace Riviera, #PALAIS102 JETEE 012 exhibition area, while Custom Line yachts are moored at the Super Yacht Extension, in front of the SYE193 lounge. At JETEE 008 pier visitors can admire Pershing, Itama, Ferretti Yachts and Riva fleets, moored in front of their respective lounges.

Moreover, an iconic Rivamare will be displayed at the entrance of the exhibition for the whole duration of the show.

Taurus exhibits the models 'Taurus for Ferretti Yachts 50th anniversary', the bicycles made in limited edition (in the three versions man, woman and pedal assisted) on the occasion of the celebrations of the fiftieth anniversary of the brand. Finally, Emirates Airlines, which has reserved special treatments on flights to Ferretti Group guests.

FERRETTI YACHTS 670
Symbol of an evolution of the brand in the sign of tradition, Ferretti Yachts 670 maintains the sleek lines and the clean forms of the latest models, with an excellent updated design of the spaces, for a perfect mix of socialisation and independence. A product of the collaboration between the Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department, it is the first Ferretti Yachts vessel with exterior design created in partnership with architect Filippo Salvetti, while the interiors are exclusively the work of the Group’s in-house architects and designers. Characterised by excellent optimisation of the space, both interior and exterior, in its 67 feet (20.24 metres) the 670 features solutions typical of much larger vessels. These include the large flybridge with its area of 25 square metres that makes it one of the most competitive yachts in its category, and the bow that features a living space that can be converted into a spacious relaxation area, a true innovation in terms of liveability and comfort.


CUSTOM LINE 120’
Custom Line 120’ is the first Custom Line to bear the signature of Francesco Paszkowski Design, the design studio that partnered with Ferretti Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department. This unique yacht reimagines and combines stylistic features and elements of automotive design and residential architecture, adding in-depth research which enhances forms and volumes through furnishing choices in line with the very latest trends of contemporary living. Of note is the innovative glass door that gives access to the lounge; in addition to the usual slide opening of the two glass panels, it also has a tilting mechanism providing a 45° inclination. In addition, Custom Line 120’ is the first yacht that makes it possible to directly connect the flybridge to the forward zone by means of the side passageways with access from the monkey bridge as well, creating a single large deck of 100 square metres.


CUSTOM LINE NAVETTA 42
Navetta 42 is the first vessel in the history of the brand to exceed 300 GT. The superyacht proposes a layout of the completely customisable interior spaces that best showcases the ship’s generous volumes. The result is better organisation of on-board flows, total privacy for the owner and his guests, and great freedom of movement for the captain and crew. A vast suite on the main deck is available to the owner, while the layout of the lower deck provides 4 VIP cabins for guests. The stern area is entirely dedicated to leisure, conceived as a large beach club at sea level, and its entertainment function is enhanced by the new launching and retrieval system for tenders and water toys from the garage that opens from the side into the sea. The new flagship of the fleet is the result of the collaboration between Studio Zuccon International Project and the Ferretti Group Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department.


RIVA 110’ DOLCEVITA
It’s the new fiberglass flagship of the fleet and the second-born, following Riva 100’ Corsaro, of the brand’s updated flybridge range. Characterised by a super-sporty profile and a design enhanced by shaped glass windows and chrome-plated inserts, Riva 110’ Dolcevita is the result of the collaboration between Officina Italiana Design, the studio founded by Mauro Micheli along with Sergio Beretta, and Ferretti Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department. Like a luxurious loft, open to the sea on every side, Riva 110’ Dolcevita offers 270° of absolute visibility and enables the lounge to reach a height of 2.30 metres, thanks to a large stainless steel frame that supports the superstructure, acting as a frame for the floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to the innovative “spider frame” structure, one of the particular features of this model is the total liveability of the spaces. The exterior areas of the flybridge and bow are interconnected, thus creating an “infinity deck” of approximately 34 m2 of social areas from extreme stern to extreme bow, in a single solution of continuity.


RIVA 66’ RIBELLE
Brand new elements go alongside the distinctive traits of the brand in the new Riva 66’ Ribelle, the latest Riva masterpiece distinguished by the stated desire to break the mould. Built at the historic Sarnico shipyard, it is the product of the collaboration between Officina Italiana Design and Ferretti Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department.

The exterior lines repeat and evolve from those of the latest models of the Riva range through the introduction of new aesthetic and functional elements and the use of the high-quality materials typical of the shipyard’s tradition, such as mahogany and stainless steel.

Monte Carlo, September 8th 2018 – For the fourth year in a row Ferretti Group and Yacht Club de Monaco gave a unique show to the yacht owners invited to the "Private Preview", the annual appointment dedicated to the presentation in absolute preview of the entire fleet of Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Riva, Itama, CRN and Custom Line, just a few days before the world premiere at Cannes Yachting Festival 2018.

This year, the exclusive performance of a music legend, Sting, made magic the evening event produced by the Group in collaboration with the Yacht Club de Monaco. "Fields of Gold" is the title of the exclusive concert that the British singer-songwriter held for selected guests in the extraordinary setting of Monte-Carlo, surrounded by a fleet of over 30 vessels representing all the Group's brands.
The star enchanted the audience playing a lineup of incredible hits from his extraordinary solo career and from the repertoire of his historic band, the Police. The audience got excited about the seductive notes of "Roxanne", the melody of the timeless "Every breath you take", and of real cults like "If I ever lose my faith in you", "Message in a bottle", of the melancholic "Fragile" and of the famous "Fields of gold".

Ferretti Yachts 670 is the shipyard's first gift to itself - and the rest of the nautical world - as the brand celebrates its 50th Anniversary in 2018. Officially presented on June 22nd in Venice, this fabulous flybridge elevates even further the standards of style, comfort and performance that have always defined Ferretti Yachts’ DNA.
Born from the partnership between Ferretti Group's Engineering Department and its Product Strategy Committee, this is the first Ferretti Yachts creation to boast an exterior designed in collaboration with architect Filippo Salvetti. The interiors, instead, were crafted by the Group’s own architects and designers. As part of an innovative evolution process, Ferretti Yachts 670 combines certain characteristics of the models launched in 2016 and 2017 (Ferretti Yachts 450, 780, 850 and 920) with some significant new features. These include an outstanding optimization of interior and exterior spaces, offering owners and their guests a perfect blend of communality and independence. The Ferretti Yachts 670 measures 67 feet (20.24 metres) but incorporates a number of solutions typically seen on larger vessels. This design approach is plainly evident from the yacht's layout, available in a standard 3-cabin configuration on the lower deck as well as a version with 4 cabins. The design is essential, rigorous, characterized by clear and stretched lines that provide the yacht with an elegant and sportive look, typical features of all the recent Ferretti Yachts creations.
EXTERIORS
On the stern, there is a large swimming platform with an H+B vertical tender lift capable of accommodating a 3.45 m jet tender. Among the distinctive features in this area are two storage compartments: one in the upper part and one in the lower part of the stern sofa. A Seabob can be kept in the latter.
The outside fore area, instead, presents a fascinating innovation in terms of space optimization, with an ample living area, that can be entirely covered by a bimini top and is formed by three spacious sofas that face one another. On request, along the side sofas it is possible to install two dining tables facing each other, which can in turn be converted into relaxation surfaces so as to transform the whole area into one big sun pad.
The ample flybridge, which at 24 m² is one of the most spacious in its class, can be fitted with free-standing furniture aft, while in the central area, to the left, is a fully equipped bar that faces an entertainment area with a C-shaped sofa and a dining table. Moving forward, you come to a second control station on the left and then a very large sea-facing sun pad. Ferretti Yachts offers 3 different layouts for this flybridge: the standard open version, a version featuring a roll bar for satellite systems with built-in Bimini top, and finally a hard-top version.

INTERIOR SPACES and TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION
A glass door in the cockpit opens up onto the main deck lounge, with its two beautiful facing sofas, upholstered in Zimmer + Rohde fabric, and centralized coffee tables. Further along, the dining area features an attractive open-plan kitchen and dining table. Beyond the kitchen is the helm station: a cutting-edge technical space equipped with integrated Naviop-Simrad instrumentation, inspired by the innovative solution already adopted on larger models such as Ferretti Yachts 780, 850 and 920. For the first time in this length-class, in fact, the integration of a single innovative multi-display interface makes it possible to monitor all the main functions, not just from the main helm station but also from the fly bridge.
The state-of-the-art electro-hydraulic steering system, developed in collaboration with XENTA, replicates the one already seen on the Ferretti Yachts 780 model. Among its many benefits is greater steering comfort thanks to the extremely easy handling of the helm and maximum efficiency when turning, in any sea conditions and even at high speeds. The steering system can be integrated with a cutting-edge joystick package, paired with a powerful proportional thruster, which includes the DOCKING and TILLER/CRUISE functions, for an engaging and dynamic sailing experience. An innovative Dynamic Positioning System (DPS) for shaft-line propulsion is also present.
Moving along, to starboard there is a door that provides direct access to the bridge from an outside walkway. Hidden under the steps to the lower deck is a space that can be used as an additional stowage compartment.
Below deck, owners can choose either a 3 or 4-cabin layout, which in itself is a testament to the superior use of space achieved with this model. The former offers 3 cabins with the owner's suite, located amidships, which even includes a spacious study that can double as a private space for the owner, for a total surface of 18 m². The bed is in the centre of the room, and behind it, towards the stern, are a walk-in closet on the port side and a large bathroom to starboard. This layout offers better soundproofing against the noise from the engine room, which is another significant benefit of the design.
There is the option of replacing the study next to the owner’s cabin with a fourth cabin or a laundry room. On the starboard side there is a double cabin, while the foredeck is home to the VIP cabin. Both have a bathroom and separate shower. On the lower deck there is also a crew cabin with bathroom. It is at the far end of the stern and has easy access to the cockpit via a built-in ladder.
For the interiors, the shipyard offers a version inspired by lighter tones and colours as well as a darker version. The style of the first unit is characterized by linear modules and wood strips, with contrasting light and dark hues. Precious woods abound, with opaque surfaces for ceilings and floors and glossy ones for the furniture. Below decks you will find walnut essences on the bulkheads, striped wood furnishings both glossy and opaque, lacquered surfaces and nubuck upholsteries. Beds, drawers and bookshelves present a refined leather effect.
A number of metallic elements in the lounge and bronze-glass details in the owner’s suite provide a stunning visual impact. Headrooms stand out for the generous use of Calacatta Gold by Florim. Designer luxury brands featured on board also include Lealpell, Dedon, Disenia, Casamance and Perennials.
Ferretti Yachts 670 will also be available in the exclusive Tai He Ban version, conceived specifically for the Asia Pacific market, which includes a galley below decks and the addition of a rounded table on the main deck.

ENGINES
The Ferretti Yachts 670 is fitted with twin MAN engines rated at 1200 mHP, giving it a top speed of 32 knots and a cruising speed of 28 knots (preliminary data). Alternatively, MAN 1000 mhp engines are also available. Available on request, a stabilization package with two gyroscopic Seakeeper stabilizers guarantees the utmost stability while cruising or when docked.

Custom Line 120’ is the first Custom Line to bear the signature of Francesco Paszkowski Design, the design studio that partnered with Ferretti Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department. This unique yacht reimagines and combines stylistic features and elements of automotive design and residential architecture, adding in-depth research aimed at enhancing forms and volumes through furnishing choices in line with the very latest trends of contemporary living. Of note is the innovative glass door that gives access to the lounge; in addition to the usual slide opening of the two glass panels, it also has a tilting mechanism providing a 45° inclination. Thanks to this engineering marvel, developed in conjunction with an aeronautic company, guests can enjoy a single liveable space between cockpit and lounge. The particularly generous spaces are a constant in all the areas, as confirmed by the forward and aft garages designed for water toys and tenders. In addition, Custom Line 120’ is the first yacht that makes it possible to directly connect the flybridge to the forward zone by means of the side passageways with access from the monkey bridge as well, creating a single large deck of 100 square metres.

The wait for the largest Custom Line Navetta ever built, the magnificent Navetta 42, is over. The superyacht is the first vessel in the history of the brand to exceed 300 GT. The new Navetta 42 proposes a layout of the completely customisable interior spaces that best showcases the ship’s generous volumes. The result is better organisation of on-board flows, total privacy for the owner and his guests, and great freedom of movement for the captain and crew. A vast suite on the main deck is available to the owner, while the layout of the lower deck provides 4 VIP cabins for guests. The stern area is entirely dedicated to leisure, conceived as a large beach club at sea level, and its entertainment function is enhanced by the new launching and retrieval system for tenders and water toys from the garage that opens from the side into the sea. The new flagship of the fleet is the result of the collaboration between Studio Zuccon International Project and the Ferretti Group Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department.

It’s the new fiberglass flagship of the fleet and the second-born, following Riva 100’ Corsaro, of the brand’s updated flybridge range. Characterised by a super-sporty profile and a design enhanced by shaped glass windows and chrome-plated inserts, Riva 110’ Dolcevita is the result of the collaboration between Officina Italiana Design, the studio founded by Mauro Micheli along with Sergio Beretta, and Ferretti Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department. Like a luxurious loft, open to the sea on every side, Riva 110’ Dolcevita offers 270° of absolute visibility and enables the lounge to reach a height of 2.30 metres, thanks to a large stainless steel frame that supports the superstructure, acting as a frame for the floor-to-ceiling windows. The area is thus free from interruptions, bathed with natural light. In addition to the innovative “spider frame” structure, one of the particular features of this model is the total liveability of the spaces. The exterior areas of the flybridge and bow are interconnected, thus creating an “infinity deck” of approximately 34 m2 of social areas from extreme stern to extreme bow, in a single solution of continuity. With its 34 metres of overall length (109.1 feet), with beam wider than 7 metres (22 feet), and a completely new hull design, the Riva 110’ enters the nautical world as a flybridge of immeasurable beauty.

The exterior lines repeat and evolve from those of the latest models of the Riva range through the introduction of new aesthetic and functional elements and the use of the high-quality materials typical of the shipyard’s tradition, such as mahogany and stainless steel.

Ferretti Yachts 50th anniversary enchants Venice

From June 22nd to 24th the Serenissima opened its doors to the fleet of 11 marvelous yachts and to the many personalities which celebrated one of the most prestigious brands of the international boat industry.

For three wonderful days the Ferretti Yachts 50th anniversary seduced Venice, coloring the sky with the Frecce Tricolori acrobatics and enlivening streets and canals with fabulous boats and unique and extraordinary events.

The special anniversary involved Ferretti Yachts owners from all over the world in three days of celebration of art, entertainment and Italian culture, in the evocative setting of the city on the water.

The absolute protagonist was the Italian beauty in all its forms, from the design of the boats to the artistic and architectural masterpieces that make Venice an open-air museum.

The celebrations started on Friday with a gala dinner at Palazzo Ducale, in front of the evocative "Paradise" of Tintoretto, the largest canvas in the world, and the magnificent "Triumph of Venice crowned by the victory" of Veronese.

From the ogival windows of Palazzo Ducale, guests attended the Ferretti Yachts fleet parade.
At twilight, eyes were focused on the acrobatics of the Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale, Frecce Tricolori, in the anniversary of the "Battle of the Solstice", when exactly 100 years ago, in June 1918, the Italian Army heroically resisted the last Austro-Hungarian offensive and during which Major Francesco Baracca, “Asso degli Assi” of the Italian Aviation lost his life.

Saturday started with the opening the Arsenal of Venice doors, exceptionally granted for the occasion by the Italian Navy, where 11 wonderful yachts from 45 to 96 feet - including the new world premiere Ferretti Yachts 670 - moored inside the Darsena Nuovissima, were offered to the eye of the city.

The Arsenal was also the setting for the second evening, with a refined dinner made by Cipriani and with the exclusive performance of the great Italian singer Umberto Tozzi.

Also on this occasion Ferretti Group used the collaboration of important luxury firms.
Three main partners: Emirates provided a chauffeur service from the Malpensa airport to Venice and displayed for the first time in Italy the First Class Suite of the A380 airbus; Maserati exhibited its magnificent cars at the Arsenal and worked closely with Ferretti Group to develop several activities aimed at making the guests' experience unique; The Luxury Collection set up a dedicated concierge service throughout the weekend and paid great attention to the Ferretti Yachts owners, accommodated in the rooms of its luxury hotels.

Other contributions by the partners La Scolca, with its excellent selection of Piedmontese wines; Ermenegildo Zegna, with a VIP shopping experience service at its Venetian boutique; Taurus, historic bicycle manufacturer that launched for the occasion the 'Taurus for Ferretti Yachts 50th anniversary’, a limited edition of only 50 models in the three versions: men, women and pedal assisted; Slam, official supplier of the Ferretti Yachts crew uniforms; Lavazza, official coffee supplier and responsible for the management of the VIP Lounge inside the Porta Nuova Tower at the Arsenale; Veuve Cliquot with its fine selection of champagne; Seabob, which exhibited Ferretti Yachts Limited Edition products; UnoPiù, official supplier of the VIP area furnishings at the Arsenale; Culti Milano, which provided its sophisticated fragrances; Dyson, official supplier of air conditioning systems.

Three days of emotional events to celebrate the historic brand of the Italian boat industry,
sealed by a flyover by Frecce Tricolori. Great expectations for the debut of the new flybridge Ferretti Yachts 670 at the Arsenale.

Ferretti Group has chosen Venice as the venue for the 50th anniversary of Ferretti Yachts, scheduled between Piazza San Marco and the Arsenale from June 22nd to 24th 2018.

A very special appointment for Ferretti Group that will celebrate the 50th anniversary at the Serenissima with an exclusive three-day event. Ferretti Yachts owners from all over the world will be involved, together with the city, in an exciting program dedicated to art, entertainment and Italian culture.

Celebrations will start with a gala dinner at Palazzo Ducale, in front of the evocative "Paradise" of Tintoretto, the largest canvas in the world, and the magnificent "Triumph of Venice crowned by the victory" of Veronese. From the ogival windows of Palazzo Ducale, exceptionally donated for the occasion by the generosity of the City of Venice, guests will attend a parade of the entire Ferretti Yachts fleet that will sail the waters of the San Marco basin in front of the most famous square in the world. At 7,45pm, thanks to the extraordinary participation of Italian Air Force, the Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale, Frecce Tricolori, will fly over the city and Piazza San Marco. The sky of Venice will be colored by the tricolor in the anniversary of the "Battle of the Solstice", when exactly 100 years ago, in June 1918, the Italian Army heroically resisted the last Austro-Hungarian offensive and during which Major Francesco Baracca, “Asso degli Assi” of the Italian Aviation lost his life.

Thank to the availability of the Navy, the Venice Arsenal will be exceptionally open to the City and 11 wonderful yachts from 45 to 96 feet, including the new world premiere Ferretti Yachts 670, will be moored within the Darsena Nuovissima.

The Venice Arsenal will also play host to the second evening of the 50th anniversary: on Saturday, June 23rd, where guests will attend a dinner made by Cipriani, myth of Venetian fine dining in the world, and the concert of a great Italian artist.

Milan, 09 May 2018 – For the fourth consecutive year the seafaring glamour of the Ferretti Group will shine brightly among the stars of fashion and luxury living at the MonteNapoleone Yacht Club 2018, the event running from 14 to 20 May 2018, which will light up the Milan Fashion district once again. The most celebrated fashion shops on via Montenapoleone will be previewing the projects of the most renowned yacht builders and clubs on the international circuit by displaying scale models, drawings, photographs and video clips.
The Ferretti Group will be taking part in the event with two of its long-standing brands: Ferretti Yachts and Riva, will be the honoured guests of the boutiques Santoni, a top of the range footwear and accessories brand and Dolce&Gabbana, a brand that has based its own international success on its Italian style.
Organised by the Associazione MonteNapoleone with the patronage of the City of Milan, MonteNapoleone Yacht Club 2018 reasserts this successful concept whereby the most celebrated boutiques in Milan's fashion district are customised to match the style of the most famous international luxury yacht builders.
For a week, the shop-windows and the interiors of the partner boutiques will be hosting faithful miniature replicas of Ferretti Yachts and Riva models, along with installations and specially produced videos.
In the Dolce&Gabbana showroom, we will also be displaying iconic products of the Riva Brand Experience.
There are also high expectations for the open-air exhibition “Italy Rules The Waves” which can be enjoyed from various vantage points along via Montenapoleone. The exhibition, organised in collaboration with the renowned Boat International magazine, a major feature of international yachting that this year is celebrating its 35th anniversary, will provide the chance to celebrate the constant growth of Italian shipyards, which for some time now have taken pride of place in this sector.

One month after the financial conference and the announcement of the marvelous financial results of 2017, Ferretti Group lands with style at the Versilia Yachting Rendez-Vous.

The event, at its second edition, will take place from May 10th to 13th in the Viareggio’s docks.

The Group’s stand, based at Darsena Europa, will represent 7 brands: Ferretti Yachts, continuing the celebrations for its 50th anniversary, Pershing, Itama, Riva, Mochi Craft, CRN and Custom Line.
The yachts in static and dynamic showcase, available to customers and enthusiasts for on-board visits and sea trials, will be: the new Ferretti Yachts 450 and Ferretti Yachts 920, the extraordinary Riva 63’ Virtus, 76’ Perseo, 88’ Domino Super, the super performing Pershing 82, and for the first time in the Tyrrhenian Sea the magnificent Navetta 37 for the Custom Line brand.

The Versilia Yachting Rendez-Vous, organized by Fiera Milano in collaboration with Nautica Italiana and the Technological District for the Nautical and Portualità Toscana, is preparing to host for its second edition over 170 exhibiting companies and a hundred vessels within a new exhibition concept.

The success of the event was due, since its first edition, to the prestigious location, wide and varied accommodation facilities and the special Tuscan hospitality.

The Group lands for the first time at the Balearic boat show, confirming the strong attention for the Spanish and the European market.

Ferretti Group will participate at the 35th Palma International Boat Show, taking place at the Moll Vell in Palma from April 27th to May 1st, with a magnificent and varied fleet of 6 models: Ferretti Yachts 550 and Ferretti Yachts 850; 63’ Virtus and 76’ Perseo for Riva brand; Pershing 5X; Itama 62.

For the first time, the show hosts the great shipbuilders, with an important space dedicated to super-yachts, and collects the best specialized offer of international boating: more than 600 boats on land and 300 those at sea.

After the opening of a representative and promotion office in Palma de Mallorca in 2014, this participation reconfirms the great interest of Ferretti Group for the Spanish and the European markets.

With a selection of its most successful models, Ferretti Group is ready to disembark at the eighth edition of one of the most interesting international boat show, the most important in Asia: the Singapore Yacht Show from April 12th to 15th, at the ONE° 15 Marina Club in Sentosa Cove.

The Group reveals a fantastic 6-yacht fleet: Ferretti Yachts 450, Ferretti Yachts 550, Ferretti Yachts 700, Ferretti Yachts 850, previewed last month in Singapore, Riva 76’ Perseo and Ferretti Yachts 780 on its Tai He Ban special version, making its debut in South-East Asia.

Double-digit growth for Ferretti Group and new investments plan for Italy

• Consolidated production value reached 623 million euros: +10.8% compared to 2016.
• The EBITDA, of 59 million euros, is up more than 11% compared to 2016.
• Net profit of 2017 reached 24 million euros: +71% compared to 2016.
• Total assets stand at 971 million euros, of which 46 million composed by liquid assets.
• The outlook for 2018 foresees a production value of 704 million euros.

Ferretti Group presented today in Milan at Garage Italia, in the superb setting of Riva Privée, inaugurated today on this occasion, the financial results of 2017, the outlook and the investments plan for 2018. The Group 2017 financial cycle registered a consolidated production value equal to 623 million euros, demonstrating 10.8% growth compared to 562 million euros in 2016. EBITDA grows by 11,3% compared to 2016 reaching 59 million euros.

If 2016 marked the first year of net profit since 2008, passing from -29 million euros to +14.1 million euros, 2017 reconfirms the solidity of the Group, with the PAT (Profit After Taxes) equal to 24 million euros euro and a growth of 71%. Moreover, the Group’s total assets reached 971 million euros, of which 46 million composed by liquidity assets.

Alberto Galassi, CEO of Ferretti Group, commented: "The fantastic results of 2017 satisfy us but do not surprise us, because they are the mathematical and natural product of the extraordinary commitment that the whole Group has expressed over the last years. We know very well the formula for double-digit growth, in a single-digit growing market, and we have been testing it for a long time: making boats more and more beautiful, unique and inimitable, investing in Research and Development to combine the excellence of the Made in Italy style with technological avant-garde, that only a Group with our history can boast.

The numbers prove it: thanks to the decisive support of the Weichai Group and Mr. Piero Ferrari, the company has achieved a record profit this year, rose to 24 million euros. By decision of the shareholders, the cycle profit will be entirely reinvested in Research and Development on new models, which will be added to the 30 developed in recent years. The production capacity of the Group's 6 shipyards and the workforce also grew, demonstrating that yachting, if managed at best, creates important job opportunities in Italy as well.

The brilliant results we have presented today are largely generated by the success of the new serial models, presented in the four-year period 2015-2018, products of great success on the international markets which accounted for about 68% of the total sales value last year.

Thanks to the investments allocated, to those planned for the year and an ever-expanding and varied fleet, we are aiming to grow even more, with increasingly surprising percentages, thus creating a solid basis for the development of the next industrial plan, which will be presented at the Cannes Yachting Festival, next September."

After completing the three-year plan with optimal performance and having fully regained the leadership of the sector, Ferretti Group confirms the strategic direction already outlined and successfully pursued during the last four years: from 2015 to the end of 2018, 90.8 million euros have been invested and allocated to new investments in R&D and in new products development, for a total of 30 new models, of which 8 only in 2018.

The outlook for 2018 foresees a production value of 704 million euros.

The 2018 project also includes a recruitment plan of 80 people in all the shipyards, located in Lombardy, Liguria, Emilia Romagna and Marche. The recruitment will focus in particular on the Ancona shipyard, dedicated to the construction of the large steel and aluminum boats CRN, Riva, Pershing, and the Custom Line fibreglass boats.

Ferretti Yachts 920 and Custom Line Navetta 33, fresh off impressive North American debuts in Miami, set to be stars of the show.

Following successful runs at shows in Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Ferretti Group will showcase a luxurious fleet at the 2018 Palm Beach International Boat Show- the third largest boat show in the North America. Set for March 22nd thru the 25th, along the Intracoastal in downtown West Palm Beach, the show is becoming an important bellwether for the overall state of the marine industry, and a “can’t miss” for industry leaders such as Ferretti Group.

On display, Ferretti Group will exhibit 8 models, including Custom Line Navetta 33 and Ferretti Yachts 920, which recently debuted at the Miami Yacht Show in February. In addition to the new models, the fleet is completed by:

“Convergence” 2018: Technical and expertise training for Ferretti Group’s professionals

4 intense training days in Dubai for captains and chief engineers of the Ferretti Group fleet, with classroom sessions and exciting challenges in the desert.

Ferretti Group chose the fascinating city of Dubai as the setting for the 2018 edition of "Convergence", a training event for about a hundred boating professionals from all over the world.

The traditional meeting, with professional training and refresher courses that the Ferretti Group dedicates to the captains and chief engineers working on the craft in its fleet, took place in the pearl of the United Arab Emirates, where tradition meets innovation, from March 3rd to 6th.

The goal of the four-day event was to deepen with the audience technical topics relating to the complexity of use, the maintenance and the functionality of Ferretti Group boats, involving the participants in active debates on current issues of the sector.

The classroom sessions, built according to an interactive and engaging format, through the active role of the audience and the use of live surveys, were focused on the following topics:

• “Yacht Data Integration in Dashboard Electronics - IoT and Cybersecurity” with the participation of the main sponsors Team Italia, Naviop-Simrad, Volvo e Rina;
• “Yacht Painting - Innovation and Maintenance” with the participation of the main sponsors Boero e Rina;
• “New Regulations on Emissions and Exhausts – IMO3” with the participation of the main sponsors MTU, Volvo e Rina.

All the panels were moderated by Stefano De Vivo, Chief Commercial Officer of Ferretti Group, and Ferretti Group technicians were involved too, adding further value to the experience of 94 participants.

On the second day, after the educational sessions, the guests measured themselves with a dynamic and entertaining treasure hunt set first in Bastakiya, the ancient district of Dubai, thn in the Jumeirah mosque, and finally reached the city of Habtoor, opposite at the New Dubai Canal.

The grand finale, sponsored by the main partners, took place on the 5th March in the Arabic desert. Participants, divided into teams, fought in 6 different disciplines, from obstacle course to sandboarding, in the Desert VIP Camp. The "Convergence dinner", a magical dinner under the stars and surrounded by the panorama of the Al Awir Desert, sealed the end of the intense wonderful day.

The Group’s technical partners took part every day with dedicated corners: H&B technics, Indemar with the Ocean LED and Kenyon brands, Seakeeper e Videoworks.
The winning group received their award on the final day and participation certificates were handed out.

Ferretti Group inaugurates the 2018 edition of "Convergence", the exclusive training event reserved for Group’s yacht captains and chief engineers.

From March 3rd - 6th, the beautiful Dubai will host “Convergence”, the traditional training and refresher event that Ferretti Group offers captains and chief engineers working on the yachts in its fleet.

The new edition includes an intense program of activities that will involve over 100 captains and chief engineers from all over the world.

The “Convergence” program, varied and dynamic, will be organized in sessions aimed to transfer know-how and a deeper knowledge on technical issues, through interactive debates around hot issues of the sector. Technical corners will be built and managed by participants, actively involved in sharing their ideas, experiences and suggestions.

The 2018 edition will feature, as in the previous years, the professional contribution of Ferretti Group technicians and excellent partners, such as Boero, MTU, Naviop-Simrad, Rina, Team Italia and Volvo.

Dubai International Boat Show 2018: The spotlight will be on Ferretti Group

The Group participates with a glorious fleet composed of 5 boats, among which includes three “Gulf Premières”: Riva 100’ Corsaro, Ferretti Yachts 780 and Pershing 70.

Dubai’s luxury, technology and ultra-modern design blends perfectly with the avant-garde design and innovative aesthetics of Ferretti Group. Ferretti Group set to conquer the Miami Yacht Show

The Group to showcase 17 models, including three North American debuts: Custom Line Navetta 33, Riva 56’ Rivale and Ferretti Yachts 920.

With a prestigious and impressive fleet punctuated by three North American debuts, Ferretti Group will participate in the 30th annual Miami Yacht Show, February 15th thru the 19th.

Miami Beach, a paradise of glamour and luxury, will also set the sparkling stage for U.S. celebrations for the 50th anniversary of Ferretti Yachts, in the wake of recent celebrations at BOOT in Düsseldorf.

On display, Ferretti Group will present for the first time in the USA, the new Custom Line Navetta 33, Riva 56’ Rivale and Ferretti Yachts 920. The fleet is completed by a selection of the Group’s most successful models, for a total of 17 dream boats:

• Ferretti Yachts 450, Ferretti Yachts 550, Ferretti Yachts 850 and the new Ferretti Yachts 780 flybridge yacht, most recently on display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
• Riva Aquariva Super, Rivamare, Riva 76’ Bahamas, Riva 76’ Perseo, Riva 88’ Florida and the Riva 88’ Domino Super.

During Ferretti Group’s press conference, scheduled before the public opening of the show at 9am on February 15th, Ferretti Group CEO Alberto Galassi and Chief Commercial Officer Stefano de Vivo, will discuss exciting new brand developments including several interesting never before announced projects.

Unique for its design and hospitality, the Ferretti Group stand is located in front of some of Miami Beach's most renowned resorts (the charming Fontainebleau and Eden Roc). Spacious lounges will let visitors enjoy a wonderful view of the beautiful yachts on display.

The Custom Line Navetta 33 was among the protagonists of the Ferretti Group Private Preview in Monte Carlo last September, before heading to the European boat shows in Cannes and Monaco. This boat of exceptional beauty, recently awarded with the "Best Interior Design" at the Boat International Design & Innovation Awards, introduces considerable technical advances to the Custom Line series, which serve to complement the innovations that have already been admired in the Navetta 37. The hull features a bulbous forward to ensure performance at the top of its class in terms of seaworthiness, stability and, most of all, efficiency in any seas. At the Hurun Best of the Best Awards, another prestigious victory in Shanghai, introducing Ferretti Yachts 50th anniversary in 2018.

The design of the new Ferretti Yachts flybridge was presented at Boot Düsseldorf. Its many strong points include innovative space planning, which guarantees an exceptional sailing experience. Debut: summer 2018.

The Ferretti Yachts 670 is the first gift from the shipyard to itself and the whole nautical world as part of the spectacular celebrations of its 50th anniversary in 2018. Officially presented at boot Düsseldorf, the fantastic flybridge has taken the style, comfort and performance that have always been part of the brand’s DNA to an even higher level.

A product of the partnership between the Ferretti Group’s Engineering Department and its Product Strategy Committee, it is the first Ferretti Yachts creation with an exterior to be jointly designed by the Ferretti Group and the architect Filippo Salvetti. The interiors are by the Group’s architects and designers.

The Ferretti Yachts 670 is the natural heir to the shipyard’s popular 65-footer and manufacturing work will start on the first unit in January 2018. As part of a smart evolution process, it will combine some of the characteristics of the models launched in 2016 and 2017 (Ferretti Yachts 450, 780, 850 and 920) with some significant new features. They include exceptional space optimization in both the interior and the exterior, which instantly catches the eye and offers owners and their guests the perfect blend of socializing and independence. The Ferretti Yachts 670 measures 67 feet (20.24 metres) but it boasts a number of solutions that tend to be associated with larger vessels. The approach taken is plain to see from the layout: the standard version has 3 very sizeable cabins on the lower deck.

The sleek lines and clean-cut shapes of the aerodynamic exterior design follow in the wake of the success enjoyed by the last Ferretti Yachts creations to be presented in 2017: the 780 and the 920.

EXTERIORS
To the stern there is a large swimming platform with a vertical tender lift that can accommodate a 3.5 m jet tender. Among the distinctive features in this area are two storage compartments: one in the upper part and one in the lower part of the stern sofa. A Seabob can be kept in the latter.

A truly innovative space optimization solution can be found in the outside forward area: three substantial sofas face each other and dominate the large living area, making the most of the potential for relaxation. On request, it is possible to put two dining tables facing each other alongside the side sofas. They can also be converted into relaxation surfaces, making the whole area into one big sun pad.

With approximately 25 m² of surfaces, the large flybridge is the most competitive in its class. Free-standing furniture can be chosen in the stern and there will be a fully equipped bar on the left of the central zone, facing an entertainment area with a C-shaped sofa and a dining table. Heading forward, you come to a second control station on the left and then a very large sun pad. Ferretti Yachts proposes 3 different layouts for the flybridge: a standard open version, a version with a roll bar for the satellite systems that can also accommodate a bimini top, and a hard top version.

INTERIORS
A glass door in the cockpit opens up onto the main deck lounge, where there are two big sofas either side of a central coffee table. Further along is a dining area with an open galley and a dining table opposite it. Past the galley is the helm station: a cutting-edge technical area with integrated instrumentation for monitoring the main functions, as inspired by the innovative solution found on the Ferretti Yachts 780 and 920.

Another noteworthy feature is the new electro-hydraulic steering system that has already been seen on other recent creations by Ferretti Yachts. Among its many benefits are greater steering comfort thanks to the extremely easy handling of the helm and maximum efficiency when turning, even at high speeds.

Moving along, to starboard there is a door that provides direct access to the helm station from outside. Hidden under the steps to the lower deck is a space that can be used as an additional stowage compartment.

Below decks, even in the standard version there are 3 cabins, thus underlining that the goal of optimizing space has been achieved. The owner’s suite is located in the centre of the yacht. It has a large study that acts as an antechamber. The bed is in the centre of the room, and towards the stern behind it are a walk-in wardrobe on the port side and a large bathroom to starboard. This layout offers better soundproofing against the noise from the engine room, which is another significant benefit of the design.

There is the option of replacing the study next to the owner’s cabin with a fourth, smaller cabin or a laundry room. On the starboard side there is a double cabin, while the foredeck is home to the VIP cabin. Both have a bathroom and separate shower.

On the lower deck there is also a crew cabin with a bathroom. It is at the far end of the stern and it has easy access to the cockpit thanks to built-in steps.

The interior design is inspired by Oriental trends and a big part is played by linear units and strips of wood, with contrasting light and dark hues. Wood, leather and lacquered surfaces are the materials of choice.
A number of metal items in the lounge and bronze glass pieces in the owner’s cabin have a big visual impact.

A special Tai He Ban version of the Ferretti Yachts 670 will be available especially for the Asia Pacific market, with the galley below decks and an “entertainment room” on the main deck.

ENGINES
The Ferretti Yachts 670 will be fitted with twin MAN engines rated at 1000 mhp, giving it a cruising speed of 25 knots and a top speed of 28 knots (preliminary data). Alternatively, customers can order twin MAN engines providing 1200 mhp, for a cruising speed of 28 knots and a top speed of 32 knots (preliminary data). On request, the yacht can be fitted with a joystick for manoeuvring and no fewer than two Seakeeper systems for maximum stability at anchor.

Thanks to the sponsorship agreement announced during the press conference at BOOT Düsseldorf, Ferretti Yachts will be featured on the race suit of the champion from Forlì in all the 19 rounds of MotoGP 2018.

Ferretti Yachts crosses the landmark finish line of fifty years in business, with its string of stunning yachts and successes, and signs a prestigious sponsorship agreement with a champion who has crossed many finish lines and will cross many more.

The Forlì shipyard – which has strong links with the city, where the Headquarters of the whole Ferretti Group are and will continue to be located, right next to one of the Ferretti Yachts production facilities – has decided to sponsor the motorcycle racer Andrea Dovizioso from Forlì, one of the stars of last year's championship season with 6 successes and an amazing 2nd place in the final standings. The Ferretti Yachts brand will feature on the sleeve of the motorcycle racer's suit during the 19 rounds of GP 2018, from its début in Qatar (18 March) through to the final race in Valencia (18 November).

The sponsorship was announced during the Group's press conference at Boot Düsseldorf, Germany's leading boat show, where Ferretti Yachts is showcasing the Ferretti Yachts 920 in world première and the Ferretti Yachts 450. On the evening of the same day, a cocktail party by invitation hosted in the Group's stand launched the official opening of the 50th anniversary celebrations.

Andrea Dovizioso, who is currently engaged on the training rounds, sent a video with his greetings to the Düsseldorf conference, welcoming the news of the sponsorship with the following enthusiastic words: “Ferretti Yachts is the dream boatyard. Ferretti Group’s fleet conquers BOOT in Düsseldorf: 7 models in exhibition including 3 debuting yachts

The Group starts at its best 2018 by exhibiting a wide and diversified fleet that includes the world première Ferretti Yachts 920 and two premières for the German market: Riva 56’ Rivale and Riva 76’ Perseo.

Ferretti Group confirms its excellent performance by participating with an impressive fleet at Boot 2018, the most important boat show of the winter season that takes places in Düsseldorf, scheduled from 20th to 28th January.

With 1.800 exhibitors, of which 900 from over 60 Countries, the German show is an ideal even to present a preview of the debuts and the flagship products of the new nautical season.

Ferretti Group will line up 7 models, among which the world première Ferretti Yachts 920 and the two 2 premières for the German market: Riva 56’ Rivale and Riva 76’ Perseo. In addition to the debuting models, the fleet is completed by Ferretti Yachts 450, Rivamare, Pershing 5X and Pershing 70.

The booth (Hall 6, no 6D28), which stands out for its innovative concept, reflects the prestige of the Group: comfortable and original lounges and a very spacious VIP area, completed with an American bar.
On this occasion, Ferretti Group continues its collaboration with important luxury partners pursuing the objective of providing a unique and memorable experience for its visitors and shipowners. The ceremony took place during Phuket RendezVous: with the Custom Line 120’ winning “Best International Motor Yacht New Release,” Ferretti Yachts 920 for “Best Exterior Styling”.

It was a sparkling start to 2018 for Custom Line and Ferretti Yachts, with two prestigious recognitions that punctuate the position of the leading luxury yacht brand in Asia.

The Custom Line 120’ and Ferretti Yachts 920 triumphed at the Christofle Yacht Style Awards, presented during the first edition of Phuket RendezVous, an event destined to become a point of reference for the Asian and international nautical markets. Created to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the distinguished international trade magazine YACHT STYLE, the awards are designed to showcase the best of the global yachting industry.

The award ceremony took place on 4th January in the spectacular setting of the Phuket Boat Lagoon, where the Custom Line 120’ took home the prize for “Best International Motor Yacht New Release”. The new masterpiece of the planing series, it is the first model by the brand to bear the signature of Francesco Paszkowski Design. With its highly innovative lines, it will have its debut in the first months of 2018, becoming the icon of a new era for Custom Line.

There was also victory for Ferretti Yachts 920, whose dynamic, irrepressible profile, along with major construction innovations, won over the jury of experts following the commercial success of this model at its world debut at the Boot in Düsseldorf from 20th to 28th January.

The dual wins confirm both the reputation of Ferretti Yachts and Custom Line worldwide and the value of a distinctive design philosophy that is highly appreciated also by the Asian markets.
