  • Criterion: 9.1.3.1 - Some information, structure and relationships have not been programmatically determined or are not available in text;

  • Criterion: 9.1.4.1 - In some cases, colour is used as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action or prompting a response;

  • Criterion: 9.1.4.13 - In some cases, where receiving and then removing pointer hover or keyboard focus triggers additional content to become visible and then hidden, there is no mechanism available to dismiss the additional content without moving pointer hover or keyboard focus, the pointer hover cannot be moved over the additional content without the additional content disappearing, or the additional content does not remain visible until the hover or focus trigger is removed, the user dismisses it, or its information is no longer valid, with some exceptions provided by the legislation;

  • Criterion: 9.2.1.1 - Some functionality is not operable through a keyboard interface;

  • Criterion: 9.2.2.2 - In rare cases of moving, blinking, scrolling or auto-updating information that starts automatically, lasts more than five seconds, and is presented in parallel with other content, there are no mechanisms to pause, stop, or hide it;

  • Criterion: 9.2.4.1 - No mechanism is available to bypass blocks of content that are repeated on multiple web pages;

  • Criterion: 9.2.4.3 - On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and the navigation sequences affect meaning or operation, some focusable components do not receive focus in an order that preserves meaning and operability;

  • Criterion: 9.2.4.4 - The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from the link text together with its link context that should be programmatically determined;

  • Criterion: 9.2.4.5 - It is not possible to locate a Web page within a set of Web pages;

  • Criterion: 9.2.4.7 - For some interactive elements, the focus indicator in the keyboard user interface is not visible;

  • Criterion: 9.3.2.2 - Some labels or instructions are not provided when content requires user input;

  • Criterion: 9.3.3.1 - In some cases, if an input error is automatically detected, the item that is in error is not identified and/or the error is not described to the user in text;

  • Criterion: 9.3.3.3 - If an input error is automatically detected and suggestions for correction are known, some of the suggestions are not provided to the user, except in the cases provided for in the legislation;

  • Criterion: 9.4.1.1 - In content implemented using markup languages, some elements do not have complete start and end tags, some elements are not nested according to their specifications and some elements contain duplicate attributes such that all IDs are not unique, except where the specification allows these features;

  • Criterion: 9.4.1.2 - For some user interface components (including form elements, links and components generated by scripts), the name and role are not programmatically determined; states, properties and values when set by the user must be programmatically set; and notification of changes to these items must be displayed by user agents, including assistive technologies;

  • Criterion: 9.4.1.3 - In some content implemented using markup languages, status messages have not been programmatically determined through role or properties such that they can be presented to the user by assistive technologies without receiving focus;
